Collaboration in Business Award
This award celebrates partnership working and the innovation of organisations in our industry who work together for mutual benefit, whether that be by sharing delivery or transportation costs, joining forces to purchase supplies or materials, co-ordinating supplies to give customers a wider choice, or sharing marketing and promotional activities.
Environmental Excellence Award
A new category for 2013 due to the ever-increasing importance of sustainability, this award showcases organisations working within the horticulture sector that can demonstrate tangible benefits as a result of implementing resource-efficient practices or techniques.
From using solar panels or wind turbines to generate renewable energy, and recycling or reusing packaging and materials, through to developing and marketing environmentally-friendly products, processes or services, our industry is constantly innovating, and this prize reflects that spirit.
